Whether you’re brand new to archery, returning after some time away, or an experienced archer looking for a welcoming club, Supermarine Bowmen offers a supportive and friendly environment for all skill levels.
Becoming a Member
To become a member of Supermarine Bowmen, we follow the guidelines of
ArcheryGB who are our governing body. If you haven’t been a member of a club or are new to archery, you would be required to do a Beginner Course.
If you have some experience of shooting, we can arrange for an assessment of the safety protocols with you, to ascertain whether you meet the minimum requirements for club activities. If this is the case, then there may be the option to join without
having gone through the Beginner Course.

Second Club Membership
If you are already a member of ArcheryGB and affiliate to another AGB registered club, then there is the option to join Supermarine Bowmen as a second club member. The membership would be for the whole year as we don’t allow any part year membership.
Guest Shooting
There is the option to shoot as a guest member occasionally, if you happen to be in the area for work etc. This would need to be pre arranged by getting in touch with the secretary@supermarinebowmen.org.uk, we would need to see your AGB card and there would be a fee of £3.50 per visit.

FAQ'S
Indoor Season – October to March
Monday and Thursdays: 7pm – approx 10pm | Sunday: 10am onwards.
Outdoor Season – April to September
Wednesdays and Fridays: 5pm until dusk | Sunday: 2pm onwards.
